.... Made an error and need a replacement print?....
Have you made an error on your order and need a reprint?... We only charge the reprint and postage cost if you need to make a change or alternation to a previous order. If your previous order was a framed product then we'll provide the print insert for you to easily slip into the frame that you currently have.

The reprint service covers all of our sizes (A3, 10x12", A4, 8x10" and our framed print inserts).

NB:
- Only applicable to personalised products
- Print amendments limited to orders made in the past 6 months only. We don't retain design files past this so a repurchase would be necessary.
- This is not for ordering duplicate copies of orders. This offer is intended for customer errors only.
- If the error deems the original is unusable (ie incorrect weight, name spelling etc) then we don't ask for the original to be returned. If the amendment is for something else then we may ask for a return.
- This listing is exempt from use with any discount codes we may offer.
