Do you provide international delivery?
Yes! We welcome orders from all over the world. You may be subject to your own country's import/customs fees.
How do I return an item?
If you are displeased with your item for any reason them please contact us via our contact page.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30 day no quibble returns policy which means that you are free to return and be granted a refund for your order. Only when the item is returned and received will your order be refunded. Postage will be paid if there is a fault with your item or you will be responsible for the postage if there is no fault. Personalised items are exempt if the return reason is 'change of mind' or errors made by the customer.
How long will it take for me to receive my print?
Delivery to the UK is 3 working days and the rest of the world
7-10 working days. Please note that due to the Covid-19 crisis these delivery timings may increase due to the demand on postal services.
Do I see a proof of my print?
Yes, if you would like one. Please leave a note on checkout if you would like to see an online proof before the print is dispatched. After you have purchased your print and included your personalisation details (if applicable). We will then send you an online proof of your print if specified.If you have not specified to see an online proof your order will be automatically sent out to you.
I want a different size to what is mentioned...
... We can change any artwork to most sizes. We know what it's like to set our own eyes and heart on a frame we've found in the local store only to find it impossible to find artwork to fit it so we're happy to help you and be flexible.
